Section 1 - Average Delivery Time

At Edmonton Elegance, once your order is placed, we require 1 to 3 working days to process it. During weekdays, processing typically takes one working day. However, if you place your order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take slightly longer. After your order is processed, it will be dispatched, and delivery generally takes an average of 9 to 18 working days.

Please note: Delivery can occasionally take longer due to delays with the shipping company, which are unfortunately outside of our control – but rest assured, your order is on its way and we’re here to help if you have any questions!

Due to ongoing strike action by some shipping companies, there may be delays in the delivery of your parcel. While this situation is beyond our control, we want to assure you that we are monitoring it closely and will continue to keep you updated on the status of your order.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 28–32 days. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items during transit or after your order has been delivered. Once your order has left our facility and been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for any loss or theft. We strongly recommend ensuring that your delivery location is secure and using any tracking information provided to monitor your shipment.
